History
PSMP is only the third server in a line of servers. The history of these servers is long, complicated, and not best explained by me. But here is a best-effort description of it. (Most of the history will be focused on BSMP-PSMP, as I was not apart of CSMP.)
Cibles SMP
Cibles SMP (CSMP) was a Minecraft SMP run by YouTuber CiblesGD. CSMP had 5 seasons.
Many members and prominent figures of BSMP/PSMP came from CSMP.

Blueberry SMP
Blueberry SMP (BSMP) was a Minecraft SMP run by user Redy2794 (Redy). BSMP had 1 successful season. A second season was attempted, but would inevitably fail due to a variety of factors.
BSMP-1
BSMP was the first season of BSMP. Whenever BSMP without a -season suffix is mentioned, you should assume it is referring to this season of BSMP. This season started on 3/17/2025 and ended on 6/21/2025. This server was originally developed in partnership with Hailey's server, as Redy was an admin in that server.

Soleil
Soleil was the first large nation on the server. It was originally founded by Mona. It's likely that it became so large because Redy was a member of the nation, and as the server owner and a very popular figure, they likely attracted many people.
Soleil was made on a large island in the central ocean. Although it was mostly concentrated on the river that ran through it. Eventually, Mona gave up leadership temporarily to Redy, as they had to take care of irl school agendas first. Redy ended up owning the server for the rest of the season. This nation became a town of Abyssnia after Redy decided they wanted to focus on Abyssnia more.
Soleil was also almost called Pretta before they changed their name.

Clemonstide
Clemonstide was founded by Kiwian and co-led by Cyn. It was founded soon after Soleil and was the second nation to become official. Clemonstide was south and slightly west of Soleil, and eventually created a large sky railway between the nations.

Abyssnia
Abyssnia was the nation Redy created after abandoning Soleil. They wanted a fresh start to make their own nation. Many Soleil members ended up moving to Abyssnia. Abyssnia's creation was also just around when Kiwian and Redy started dating. This meant not only was Soleil effectively abandoned. but so was Clemonstide, as Kiwian spent their time almost exclusively in Abyssnia.

Erebus
Erebus was a nation that never became official. It was run by Hailey before they abandoned it. It was far north above Soleil, and was farther from all nations than any other. It was a mostly underground nation and was built to be very modular by Hailey.

Grillby's
Grillby's Nation was a nation that never became official. It was run by Grillby and was west of spawn. It was comprised mostly of polished deepslate, giving it a very unique look. As well, the nation established an ice highway that led straight to spawn. This ended up working against them though, as any bad actors that found their way into the server would immediately grief Grillby's first because of the easy access.

Puffia
Puffia was a nation that never became official despite being the 3rd oldest after Clemonstide. This nation was run by Julie. It was relatively small compared to the other nations, and did not have great upkeep. Despite this, there were nice buildings and it was a cool place. This nation was located just west of spawn on about the closest coast to the spawn island.

The Kitchen
This nation's leader is not documented, but from my own recollection it included Redy and some of her British friends. This nation was called the Anti-Deadlier Faction for a short period of time before being renamed. Deadlier is a server member.
Pineapple SMP
Pineapple SMP (PSMP) is the current Minecraft SMP run by yours truly, Kiwian (KiwianDoesThings). PSMP is currently in its first and so-far only season.

Server Lineage
This section will explain how each server led to the creation of the next, and how some of these motherfuckers were so determined to play Minecraft that they somehow kept the server line alive.
Starting is CSMP. CSMP had a lot of drama. Glossing over some major points, CSMP had a banwave where a lot of very prominent members of the community were banned. This wave was the result of a group chat being discovered by Cibles moderators. In this group chat were a lot of 17+ members, as well as Redy, who was currently around 13-14. Some 17+ members were sharing explicit/NSFW photos, and this resulted in Cibles moderators banning all members of the group chat from the Cibles server. Redy, one of the members in this group chat and server, was a very prominent figure in CSMP, and the server largely died after she was banned.
Hailey, one of the 17+ members of the group chat, was also banned of course. As they were also very popular, they created a new chatting server. This is where I come in, too. I was friends with Hailey back in CSMP and joined Hailey's server when it was created. Redy also joined and became a moderator on Hailey's server. After a few weeks, Redy created a Minecraft SMP and a seperate Discord server to go along with it, and partnered the server with Hailey's. I also joined this SMP/Discord. BSMP was a pretty normal SMP/Server to be completely honest. When staff (media manager) applications came around, I was the only one to sign up, and eventually became the sole moderator of BSMP. On a "side" note: Hailey was later exposed for something... I don't remember exactly what but it was definitely sex-related so probably pedophilia. After that, their server got deleted.
After a 2-3 month season, Redy decided to reset the server for a new season. However, things didn't go so well. They archived the old BSMP Discord and created an entirely new one. As well, they experimented a LOT with the SMP. They tried a ton of different things, most of which had negative impacts and lots of backlash. As well, they did these changes live with people, instead of testing stuff themselves and releasing the server to the public when it was finished. These included:
- Moving from paper to forge to allow for modding. This made the SMP unplayably laggy and removed Bedrock support. This was reverted.
- Adding tons of game-changing plugins/datapacks that were annoying, broken, and took away from the vanilla experience. This was not reverted before BSMP-2's cancellation.
- Polling almost every change. This was done to try to reduce backlash so only changes people liked would happen, but instead it caused insane amounts of arguing and controversy.
- Letting people poll for hardcore mode. This alone was really bad because tons of people voted for this, but (as should have been obvious) almost everyone (including those who voted for it) hated the change.
The stress from how poorly the server was going and everybody getting angry at polls not going their way caused Redy to eventually shut down BSMP entirely. Afterwards, the BSMP-2 Discord turned into Blueberries Inc., a chatting server run by Redy. This server had Kiwian and Grillby as mods, from BSMP-1, as well as some newly elected moderators, those being: Cass, Nyx, and Seb. Blueberries Inc. worked well for a while, but after a few weeks, Redy started going offline for long periods of time. At some point, Redy didn't interact in Blueberries Inc. for around a month (although we now know she had a good amount of communications with Grillby, and she did text me once to say happy birthday). Eventually, they came back online and said hi to the server. Roughly 5-10 minutes later from my recolletion, she made an announcement giving up her ownership of the server, saying that she was giving it to one of the BITCHASS exes who was in the server. Almost immediately after granting him power, he and his friends rampaged the server, along with Redy. That group threw lots of hateful words at a variety of members, including telling people to commit s-ic-de. As much as I hate to say it, the hateful messages were mostly led by Redy. After another few minutes, the new group in power started banning every other member from the server. It was shortly after I realized what they were doing that I quickly created a new Discord (now PSMP) and started frantically inviting as many members to it as I could.
Finally, PSMP arose. PSMP came about fairly normally. At first it was just supposed to be a space to collect everyone after BSMP got nuked, but it quickly turned into a full-fledged chatting server. Pretty much as soon as control transferred over to me I knew I wanted to revive the BSMP. So after exactly a week, I polled to see if people wanted a revival, and people said yes. Not long after, the PSMP came around. After nuking BSMP, Redy took another month break from Discord. But after that month, they came back, explained their actions to me, and were eventually reintegrated into the community.
